How do I access translations during the conference?

You'll need the Kingdomcity App. To download, click on the the relevant link. ( iOS | Android )
Make sure it's downloaded and up to date before Conference to access translations.

Do I need to log in to the app for translation?

No login is required — just open the app and follow the instructions for translation access.

Which sessions will have translation?

Translations are available for sermons only. Availability of translated languages(subtitles and/or dubs) are listed in the table below.

Can I use translation for kids or youth sessions?

Translation is not available for kids or youth sessions — it's for main adult sessions only.

Which languages are supported?

You'll find the full list of available languages in the table below or inside the app closer to Conference.

Will the app work if I'm not in the main auditorium?

No, translations only work if you're physically present in the main auditorium.

Do I need internet for the app to work?

Yes, please ensure you have your own internet access(mobile data) for the app to function properly.

Do I need to bring my own earphones?

Yes, please bring your own earphones if you plan to listen to audio dubbing in supported languages.

Will the translation be live or delayed?

The translations are mostly live, but a slight delay may occur depending on your connection and device.

How accurate is the translation?

Our AI translation system provides real-time interpretation with reasonable accuracy. As with any automated translation, some margin for error should be expected.

What if I have issues with the app during the session?

Please speak to a volunteer at the Help Desk — they'll be happy to assist you.
