VENUE

All our main sessions (for adults and youth) will be held at Hall 1 & Hall 2 of the Convention Centre.

Our Kids Conference will be held at the Ballroom.

Both locations are within walking distance of each other.

PARKING AT SETIA

If you are planning to drive, there is plenty of parking located around the Convention Centre. Alternatively, there is also parking available closer to the Ballroom that has direct access to the Kids check-ins that will be convenient for Kids drop-off, after which you may walk over to the Hall at the Convention Centre.

The parking rate is at a flat fee of RM6 daily. Please note that parking is only accessible via Touch N Go, so do ensure that your card has been topped up with a minimum of RM8 before you enter the parking.

GETTING TO SETIA

Should you be taking public transport to the venue, Grab is a reliable e-hailing service that you may like to use. Simply download the app and key in "Setia City Convention Centre" as your destination.

We would recommend that you download the app before you arrive in Kuala Lumpur and have a working credit card linked to your account so that you can have it ready for use as soon as you arrive in Kuala Lumpur.

GETTING HERE

Kuala Lumpur (KUL) has 2 airport terminals – KLIA and KLIA2. Please note that both terminals are in different locations so do check with your respective airline which airport you will be landing in and departing from to avoid any hassle on your end. Kuala Lumpur International Airport is about 60 minutes' drive to Setia City Convention Centre, but travel time may differ depending on traffic.

PARENTS ROOM

This year for Conference, there will be 2 Parents Rooms available.
Babies under 1 year old: Gallery 2 on the Mezzanine Floor above Hall 2.
Toddlers between 1-2 years old: Function Room 1 in the Ballroom.

Both rooms will be a comfortable area for parents, fully equipped with a live feed of the Conference sessions, changing tables, feeding amenities, coffee machines for the parents and a play area for the babies.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Setia City Mall is conveniently located near the Setia City Convention Centre. Just a short walk away, the mall hosts a wide variety of food and beverage options that includes a multicultural cuisine of Vietnamese, Japanese, Western, Thai, alongside popular fast food chains such as Burger King, A&W and KFC. There are also juice, snack and dessert options such as Boost Juice and Auntie Anne’s.

WHERE TO STAY

The KL Conference will be held at the Setia City Convention Centre, located in the suburb of Shah Alam, in the state of Selangor. A 3-minute walk away is Setia City Mall, a large-scale lifestyle shopping mall with a dynamic variety of restaurants and retail stores, including H&M and Zara.
